(Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo, September 2012): Emotions are running high as I arrive in Mutabi village in Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) on this September afternoon. Just a few hours ago, some 22,000 people reached Mutabi after fleeing the town of Dubie, two kilometres away. They fled because the town was under the threat of attack by armed fighters from a local militia known as the Mayi-Mayi.
